One peel can be a great treatment, but when we're working on concerns such as pigmentation, acne, post-breakout marks, texture or signs of aging, we often recommend committing to a series of 3 appropriately spaced VI Peels. A series gives us multiple treatment opportunities while allowing the skin to recover between appointments, and lets us adjust the formula as your skin and goals evolve.
Three treatments aren't automatically necessary for every client. Your provider will recommend the formula, number of treatments and spacing that make sense for your skin.

We don't believe every client needs the exact same peel simply because the box has a name on it. New You offers multiple VI Peel formulas, and your provider selects the option that best matches your skin and goals.
When appropriate, we also love pairing a VI Peel with dermaplaning before the peel for additional physical exfoliation. Your provider will decide whether dermaplaning is appropriate for your skin that day.

What to Expect After a VI Peel
VI Peel provides a take-home aftercare kit and specific post-treatment instructions. Peeling commonly begins a few days after treatment and often occurs most noticeably around days 3–5. By about day 7, most clients have finished the visible peeling phase, although individual recovery varies.
Sun protection and following your aftercare instructions are especially important while the skin is recovering. Do not pick or manually remove peeling skin.
